Our most popular massage, Traditional Thai Massage, uses pressure and stretching movements to reduce stress levels and improve overall circulation and relaxation. Practiced on a firm Thai mat, no oils are used. The client remains fully clothed except for the feet. Wear light and loose clothes to allow for flexible movement.
Thai Deep Tissue Massage
This treatment combines the best of both worlds. Bending Thai pressure point massage and gentle stretching with a flowing deep tissue massage, it targets sore muscles, and invites the feeling of complete inner calmness. Note: You may experience some stiffness or soreness after this massage for a while, since it concentrates on pressure points with strong deep strokes that help to release built-up tension in overworked muscles.
