Policies : 



Services will be charged at the time of booking. Persons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No smoking on premises. If you are pregnant or have any health concerns, please consult your health care provider before massage. 


Pregnancy :

Prenatal massages cannot received by woman who are still in their 3st trimester of pregnancy unless a doctor note. Please let the front desk know when schedule your Pre-natal massage if you are still in your 3st Trimester of pregnancy. These precautions are taken the Mother and baby. 


Cancellation Policy:

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy on all appointments. If you reschedule, for any reason including illness or travel delay, within the 24-hour period, there will be service fee. Please plan accordingly when reserving your massage appointments to avoid these charges.



Refund Policy : 

Your therapists are all unique, each has different touch, and each client enjoys a different technique. We do our best to match you with the right therapist at the time of booking. It is important to express your feeling if you are dissatisfied with your therapist or your massage. Full refunds will be given within the first 15 minutes of your massage and meeting your therapists ( or you may ask for a different therapist if one is available). Refunds are not given if you go the full length of your service.



Pricing is per person.

Misconduct : A safe and clean environment is of almost importance ,as well as a peaceful experience for our guests and employees. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Guests making any kind of sexual advances or references will be asked to leave immediately. Additionally, to protect the well-being of our guests and therapists, we will refuse to provide any service to any who we suspect is intoxicated, or under the influence of drugs. 


Guest Arrival Time :

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. We have an intake from that takes approximately 5 minutes to fill out and needs to be completed before the start time of your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late for appointment, we cannot extend your session beyond your confirmed appointment.

E-Gift Card:

  • E-Gift Cards are delivered via e-mail only. The code will be automatically sent to your registered email address.

  • E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed at

  • E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, check or credit.
